GRAFFITI IS ART

       Graffiti is Art

I was walking slowly down the street at Los Angles city. When all of the sudden I stop to see a graffiti painting. It was a soldier. The soldier had a dark green and brown colored suit. On the background the graffiti painting had the United States flag. The United States flag had light red with white strips thirteen of them then on the top left corner it had fifty stars.

To start with I think graffiti is art because people take their time to draw graffiti. If graffiti was vandalism people wouldn’t take their time they would just draw something random. Well, I think graffiti is art because it inspires people to have a say on what they draw like a picture at the museum it allows them to have a say on what they drew. Also, graffiti is art because when you see a graffiti painting it’s all designable and creative.

If graffiti was vandalism people wouldn’t draw it. Also I wouldn’t really care about graffiti. I wouldn’t know a lot of details on what graffiti is if it was vandalism. If graffiti was vandalism some people that like graffiti they wouldn’t draw it. People like graffiti because it is talented and inspires people on what they draw.               

People may not like graffiti because they think its vandalism. Well it could be vandalism if it had gang stuff. Also if they spray paint private properties. Some people spray paint peoples car. Some times it can be vandalism because people spray paint cars, stop sign, houses, private properties, and more.

I know you might not like graffiti because u think its vandalism. But you can inspire lots of people with your drawings. Also, it’s just like if your drawing in a big piece of paper. It won’t be vandalism only if you don’t write gang stuff. Well, I think you should try it out so you can show many people what a good drawer you are. It’s like a museum they see the wonderful paintings you draw.

It is your right to draw whatever you want. Remember you can inspire many people with your drawing. Everyone has the right to draw whatever they want. But if they draw gang symbols it can be vandalism. Just remember graffiti is fun (unless you draw something inappropriate or gang symbols). Everyone has their own opinion on graffiti but what I’m trying to help you realize is that graffiti is not vandalism. Think of it as art!!!!
